The Aspire Promise.

Every family and every adult player who registers with Aspire is owed a clear set of commitments. This is what we hold ourselves to — and what to do if we ever fall short.

① Coaching standards

Coaches who earned the right.

Every coach has a real playing résumé and is trained in our development frameworks (Double-Goal Coach, ELM, TDEQ-5). Not parent volunteers filling a clipboard.

② Fair refunds

No surprise penalties.

Full refunds 14+ days before a season starts. Prorated credits or refunds after that for legitimate reasons — injury, relocation, family emergency. We don't hide behind fine print.

③ Schedule integrity

If we cancel, you're made whole.

Programs we cancel for any reason — facility loss, insufficient enrollment, weather, staffing — get prorated credits or full refunds. Within 10 business days.

④ Inclusive play

Every player gets coached.

No bench-warmers as a coaching strategy. We run programs where every registered player gets developmental attention and meaningful playing time at their level. See our inclusion principles and code of conduct.

⑤ Honest catalog

No phantom programs.

Every program in the catalog is real, scheduled, and has confirmed coaches and facilities. If we cannot run it as listed, we tell you before you pay — not after.

⑥ One platform, full lifecycle

From U6 to adult, on one account.

Your registration history, your kid's program history, your adult-league rosters — all on one Aspire account. Sports don't end at 18, and neither does your data.

Email hello@aspiresportsohio.com with what happened and what would make it right. We respond within one business day, and a real person — not a ticket queue — owns your case until it's resolved.
