Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Aspire Sports website, registration platform, and related services. By creating an account or registering a child for a program, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the participant.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for parents or legal guardians; participants under 13 may not create their own accounts.

Program registration

Registration is complete only when payment or a deposit is received. Aspire Sports reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify registrations (including moving a participant between age groups or teams) for safety, fairness, or operational reasons. Waivers signed during registration are part of these terms.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider; Aspire Sports does not store full payment-card details. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Conduct

Participants, parents, and spectators agree to follow the Aspire Code of Conduct (sportsmanship, respect for coaches and officials, no harassment). Violations may result in removal from a program without refund.

Media

We occasionally photograph or record games and practices for program coverage. The registration waiver covers your consent preferences; you can opt out at any time by emailing us.

Limitation of liability

Participation in sports involves inherent risk. The registration waiver releases Aspire Sports, its coaches, volunteers, and facilities from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
