Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for parents or legal guardians; participants under 13 may not create their own accounts.

Registration is complete only when payment or a deposit is received. Aspire Sports reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify registrations (including moving a participant between age groups or teams) for safety, fairness, or operational reasons. Waivers signed during registration are part of these terms.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; Aspire Sports does not store full payment-card details. Refunds follow the Refund Policy (full details).

Participants, parents, and spectators agree to follow the Aspire Code of Conduct (sportsmanship, respect for coaches and officials, no harassment). Violations may result in removal from a program without refund.

We photograph and record games and practices for program coverage and promotion. The media release accepted at registration covers this use. If you would like a specific photo, video, or post removed from a channel we control, email us and we will make reasonable efforts to take it down.

Participation in sports involves inherent risk. The registration waiver releases Aspire Sports, its coaches, volunteers, and facilities from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
