Refund Policy

We want every family to feel confident registering with Aspire Sports. This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and credits for our programs.
Full refund window
Registrations cancelled 14 or more days before a season's start date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees passed through by our payment provider.
Partial refunds and credits
Cancellations received less than 14 days before a season begins are reviewed case by case. The default is a prorated credit toward a future Aspire Sports program. Refunds may still be issued for medical reasons, relocation, or documented conflicts.
Once a season starts
Refunds are not guaranteed after the first scheduled session. We will work with you on a prorated credit if your family's circumstances change materially (injury, move, family emergency, etc.).
Program cancellations by Aspire
If Aspire Sports cancels a program for any reason (insufficient enrollment, facility loss, etc.), we refund the full amount paid within 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email info@aspiresports.com from the address on your registration with your child's name and the program. We confirm receipt within one business day.
